We are so glad that you’re excited to re-enroll for next school year! Please see below for more information about the re-enrollment process for current students.

Re-Enrollment at Citizens

Re-Enrollment for 2024-2025 for Current Students
Begins February 1st, 2024

Beginning February 1st, re-enrollment will open for all current students in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. In order to guarantee your student’s seat for next year, complete re-enrollment by February 28th, 2024. After this time, open seats will be offered to new students hoping to enroll at CWC.

After logging into your Parent Portal, click on More on the left side of your screen. Next, click on Registration and ReEnrollment on the menu that appears in the center of your screen.

To begin re-enrollment for your current student, click on Existing Student Registration.

After completing your re-enrollment, our staff will process it and reach out with any questions. If nothing else is needed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email when the re-enrollment is approved.

Important Reminders

  • Please do not enroll any new students through your Parent Portal in February. If you have siblings whom you are hoping to enroll at CWC, please do so through SchoolAppKC before March 1st, 2023 so that they are included in the lottery for open seats. After being offered and accepting sibling spots, you will then enroll through Infinite Campus, but they must take part in the lottery first.
  • If you have moved since your last enrollment, please provide an updated address and one proof of residency (lease agreement, mortgage statement, recent utility bill, etc.) on your re-enrollment.
  • Students must have updated immunizations on file with the school in order to begin school in August. Click here for information about Missouri’s required immunizations.
  • In order to ensure your current student’s seat is reserved for them next year, complete re-enrollment by February 28th, 2023. After this time, the lottery for open seats takes place, and we can no longer guarantee a spot for your student.
  • If you fail to re-enroll your child by February 28th, 2023, you will need to add them to the waitlist by filling out the application through SchoolAppKC.
  • Finally, if you complete re-enrollment and then move and enroll your student in a different school, please email or call the office manager at the front desk so that another student has the opportunity to attend Citizens!
