Ms. Benton joined the Citizens of the World staff in 2022-2023 as a Special Education Teacher. She holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to joining us, Ms. Benton worked in district schools in Kansas City for ten years as a reading interventionist and special education teacher.
