Ms. Carter joined Citizens of the World in 2022-2023 as a 4th grade teacher, and now serves as a 1st grade teacher.  She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in both Elementary Education and Business Administration from Lincoln University.  Ms. Carter has extensive experience working with early childhood students and elementary students with the Boys and Girls Club and HeadStart programs.
