Ms. Soffer joined the Citizens of the World team in 2023-2024 as a Kindergarten teacher.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Touro College and a Masters in Education from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon.  She is also currently working towards an additional Masters in Special Education from Wichita State University.  She has thirteen years of educational experience and cares deeply about providing a calm, supportive classroom environment for her students.
