Before &  After School Programs

Picture
Our After School programs provide two additional layers of programming to support your child's needs outside of the school day: ACE & Clubs.  Please read below to understand the 2 separate programs. You will find a lot of great options for your child!!

A.C.E. After-school Care

Our school offers and manages its own program to care for our students before and after school hours.  “ACE” - our After Class Enrichment program - is open from:
  • 7:00 – 7:45am, at which time children can proceed to their classrooms
  • From the end of the school day until 6:00pm.
After School includes a transition from the school day, snack time, homework help, and engaging, active, creative units and lessons linked to the themes and activities of the school program.  Children might write and perform a play, design and build a city out of cardboard, or explore a new arts and crafts activity.  All ACE activities are taught and supervised by our own ACE staff members who participate in trainings and professional development to ensure the ACE program operates with the same mission and core values as our outstanding school program.

ACE After School is available to all children who are on campus and fees will be applied.  If you are not signed up but an emergency arises and you need to use it, your child will be welcomed and included.

ACE After School operates between 3:30-6:00pm.  For the current school year ACE After-school Care is $4.00/hour, billed $1 per 15 minutes, for the minutes used between 3:30-6:00.   Billing will be monthly and is based upon the parent/guardian sign-out sheets that are required to pick up your child.  Late fees will be applied if a child is picked up after closing time. Time accrued after closing at 6:00pm will be billed at a rate of $1.00/minute increment.

After School Clubs/Classes

Clubs provide an opportunity to extend learning from the school day for children. They are 10-week sessions in topics and activities that include sports, crafts, games, and other fun learning activities. Each trimester, we will advertise a set of Clubs. You will have approximately 2 weeks to sign up. Some Clubs fill up quickly - so please act quickly to get the choices of activities and days that will work for your family. Please note that all clubs will reserve spaces for families who qualify for the Nat'l School Lunch Program to attend free of charge.

Please contact Ms. Jamesetta at the front desk to sign up, ask questions, or to pay with cash or check. Prices are typically $100 for 10 1-hour sessions.
